"So, you want to be a Jedi? Are you sure? The Star Wars galaxy can be a dangerous place and becoming a Jedi is not all about using the Force, duelling with lightsabers, lifting X-Wings with your mind or defeating Darth Vader. You also need dedication, discipline and training—a lot of training—to rise from Youngling to Jedi Master. A sharp sense of humour also helps. You’ll need it to survive the training, never mind battling The Sith or The First Order. Still want to be a Jedi? Well, this is the book for you!

Star Wars: Use the Force takes you on a thrilling, fact-filled and madcap journey that shows what it really takes to be a Jedi. Go on a Kyber Crystal hunt, discover the dos, don’ts and maybes of lightsaber combat, see what happens when good Jedi go bad, and learn to prepare the best Padawan pack lunch for Jedi boot camp. This book points out the peaks and pitfalls on the Way of the Warrior (and worrier) and how to laugh in the face of danger…when its back is turned.

The perfect gift for young kids, Star Wars: Use the Force is a playful and informative guide to all things Jedi, featuring fun facts from the Star Wars movies and TV series alongside hilarious cartoons, and tips and (mind) tricks for wannabe warriors. In the Star Wars galaxy there’s never a dull moment—just like Star Wars: Use the Force."

This Clone Wars era novel slipped under my radar for quite a while. Maybe because the title sounds like a romance novel... But by the time I finally got around to reading this, I was incredibly surprised! This is a gem of Star Wars Legends and gives us the rare spotlight on Yoda and Count Dooku. After having just read Dooku: Jedi Lost, this really scratched the itch that I had with my newfound interest in the character. This time, he’s trying to set a trap for Yoda under the guise of wanting to end the Clone Wars once and for all. Also, Ventress! On top of all of this, we get great insight and perspective we get on Yoda and a very close, personal story with Dooku as well. Dark Rendezvous great atmosphere and setting on the spooky planet of Vjun!
