We all come across various challenges in life, and _The Jedi Mind_ uses examples from the beloved saga to show us how to properly carry ourselves through those difficult times. The contents are in no particular order so it’s easy to open the book to any random page and learn a valuable lesson in caring for your mental health. Each bit of advice is followed up with a practice that you can do right at home to test your mindfulness. Literally everything about this book is aesthetically pleasing. Aside from the colors and unique art, the overall size is convenient enough to gracefully keep on your coffee table or by your yoga mat.
